- MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diploma in concerned Speciaility From Government Recognized Universities / Colleges.
- Rs.300/- in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheques payable in favour of "ESI Fund A/C No.1" Payable at Ahmedabad. SC/ST/PH and Female Candidates are Exempted from payment of fees. No other mode of payment will be entertained.
- Candidates will be selected based on Qualification, Experience OR an interview.
- The eligible and desirous candidates with duly filled in application form (Annexure-A) should appear for walk-in-interview with their application along with original certificates and one set of self attested photocopy of the relevant documents in supports of age, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet Degree, MCI / State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc... Candidates should bring two recent passport size photographs.
